The following actions are strictly prohibited on the e77 platform: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any game or feature; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities; engaging in any form of cheating or deceptive play; using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions; and making fraudulent payment transactions. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

5.2Game Results & RNG

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any associated funds will be held until the investigation is complete.

7.2Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your e77 account at any time by contacting e77 support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. If you have an active self-exclusion request, your account will be closed immediately and no further access will be granted for the duration of the exclusion. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
